If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to organise your return.
Postage for change of mind is at the expense of the customer.
No returns on jewellery, swimwear or sale items.
A refund will be given if the item is in the original condition with the original tagging attached.
All items are carefully picked and packed before sending them off to their new home, but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
For faulty items the return postage will be reimbursed.
